WiLDHEARTS XMAS UK SHOWS

PostPosted: 16th Oct 09, 11:08
by Trudi
Following on from a handful of European dates earlier in December, The Wildhearts are playing two Christmas shows in the UK:

• 19/12 Leeds, UK - Rio's
• 21/12 Wolverhampton, UK - Wulfrun Hall
• 22/12 London, UK - O2 Academy Islington

See the Tour page on the website for details and ticket links.

Please be aware that these are Wildhearts shows and are not related to Ginger's Birthday show.

Fricken excellent......I was hoping they wouldn't be breaking the tradition. Me and bro-in-law will be there as usual!

Nothing London-y visible yet so far as I've looked - wolves box office is the only thing I've seen anything listed on yet

It said birthday shows - that's a pretty strong hint that the WH will be playing on the 17th Dec!

Just to clarify, whether or not the WH play on the 17th, this is not the London show annoyingly referred to on the Civic website.

So this 'mentioned' London date is NOT the Birthday Bash date on the 17th? .... so I gotta try and find the money for another London gig now?

 :?

Im 100% set for this :D

Reckon I might try and swing a London ticket as well, if I can find someone to drink with at the show.

Hi,

Just to be sure it's clear - the Wildhearts Xmas shows mentioned further up the thread are nothing to do with Ginger's birthday show on the 17th (which incidentally sounds like it is shaping up to be an epic occasion!)

Cheers
Kris
