Yep, got my tickets for Manchester this morning. Green Day, Gaslight Anthem, Kiss (Toronto), Manics & Biffy. Shaping up to be a good year. Might even be able to blag download. :bounce:

Weirdly enough, this was announced just after I was wishing they would tour again. No need to thank me ;)
It's been a fair while since I've seen them, am happy to have tickets for Leeds even if it is a Monday.

this came out today - i'm really enjoying it! went and got the 2 disc version with the demos - it's in a shiny golden book type thing like the JFPL 2 disc version was.

Anybody else got it?
and just last week as i was clearing shit from off my shelf...

I have said edition. It's one of their "safe" records but a safe Manics record is still a good record for me. It's nothing different, contrary to what some people have said... there was loads of AOR on Generation Terrorists.

Got to agree with you Damian, there's always been elements of the grandiosity and catchiness that this in their music (probably barring JFPL and the bible) - it's a really solid album: they've been on a roll since send away the tigers IMO
