Well, it's safe to say that I've only bought 3 albums that came out in 2010, mostly due to not working for 6 months of this year and not really being inspired by anything, so, those albums, (in no particular order).....

Iron Maiden, The Final Frontier
Buckcherry, All Night Long
Black Label Society, Order Of The Black
23 Pictures In A Tent....

What's that like? I found the last one 'Black Butterfly' very dull compared to their earlier albums.

a late entry, as it only came out this week, but "Ironiclast" by The Damned Things is DEFINITELY up there with the best this year! for those who haven't heard of them, they're a collaborative effort (i hate the term supergroup...) between scott ian and dan caggiano of anthrax, andy hurley and joe trohman of fall out boy, and keith buckley and josh newton of every time i die. super fun time hard rockage.

Hands down, it has to be "The World Is Yours" - Motorhead at their brutal consistent best. Phil Campbell is stunning.
cause the chances are good that it wont let you down, like maybe drinking with Keith, or seeing Dolly Parton's tits...

I'm looking forward to getting that! I found 'Kiss Of Death' very disappointing but thought 'Motorizer' was a marked improvement. I hear 'The World Is Yours' is even better!

Just arrived today. Bloody marvellous.
Terrified, intoxiciated,
Starry eyed and bollock naked...

There's only two complaints I have about the way you are,
That's all you say and all you do...

Post Christmas, I can safely say that Wilderness Heart by Black Mountain is one of my albums of the year.
