Aw, I wish I could go to this, but 200 miles is a bit far for this one.

Then you REALLY don't want to hear me telling you that Eureka Machines are supporting, right?

No. It's really good news for them, because this is a great gig but I will be jealous as hell of you southern types that can make it. I will have to content myself with spending the weekend at Stormin' the castle instead.

Yay - ticket bought.

Favourite London venue, favourite band, even if they aren't headlining this time...

Now can somebody tell me what to expect from D Generation? They haven't been across my radar before.

Jesse Malin's band before he went solo. I'm sure I'm not the only one who never thought I'd see the day when they'd play again - I know quite a few people who are travelling from all over the country to see this gig. One of my favourite bands ever, really. The 3 records that they made in the 90s are stone cold classics.

I can't understand why this didn't sell out either. I was convinced that if I didn't get tickets pronto I'd be disappointed.

I've been waiting to see them since the first album came out (I didn't realise they supported Green Day here til the day of the gig), and I can't believe there aren't at least 300 other people within striking distance of London who feel the same way. Did they really mean so little..?

£6 list for this gig for tonight if you haven't yet got a ticket and want to go. Contact Eureka Machines through their Twitter or Facebook page to get it.
