Faith No More - 8 July, London

After Sonisphere getting canned, it was always likely that FNM were going to do a replacement gig. They'll be playing the Apollo on the same day they should have been at Soni. Shame it's not Brixton but never mind.

Hopefully they'll announce a good support, possibly one of the other Soni bands (Mastodon please!!).

Tickets on sale tomorrow 9am. See you there....

Edit: actually, here's a presale, still some tickets left...

Having seen some of the footage and looked at the setlist for the first two gigs of the tour, I think we're in for a treat next week. Really solid sets and Patton sounding in good voice (when doesn't he!?). A few people on Forums moaning because there's no new material, but I don't think there was ever a hint they were writing new stuff. Can't wait for Hammersmith and Brixton!

Support acts announced for both dates... neither are really doing it for me. Think I'll be hitting the bar.

Hammersmith - Guano Padano
Italian jazzy nonsense

Brixton - Martina Topley-Bird
Sang with Massive Attack apparently

Hi all,

I may have two tickets for the Hammersmith gig available due to being let down by a mate. Let me know if interested - will just be looking to break even.

Thanks

Hi Col,

£40 each to cover everything sounds about right. I can meet in London Fri, Sat, Sun to hand over. Would rather they go together really.
