I fucking hate the three song rule......

And my last camera buggered, so any tips for getting pics with a camera of an ISO of 800 using no flash?

Or any recommended cameras at all?

The 3 song rule (Im guessing) is you are only allowed to take photos during 3 songs ?
Why ?
