It was of course fantastic, and you also get the feelgood moment of the year with Ginger, Jake and Jasmine all up on stage giving it their all to Vanilla Radio (as well as the trainee guitar tech kid)

I didn't meet anyone new, and some people I've met before didn't actually recognise me when I did a meek hand-up-half-wave upon arrival... so I went and sat on my own for a bit and had something to eat.

(Thankfully nig1012, mrs nig1012 and firedup turned up, and after a little while recognised me and beckoned me over, so I wasn't on my lonesome for long)

Aw, mate you should have just bowled over and re-introduced yourself. None of us bite. We were all getting quite merry so please don't be offended - I think we should do name badges with our avatars & usernames on in future if this happens. Great to see so many folk out, even despite confusion over pubs/which wetherspoons/door times. Afterwards was lots of fun too, that pub had a good night's takings I reckon. They were nearly dragging us out by the end.

i had an absolute blast. Nice to see Sarc, Nick and everyone else.
the show was amazing. Bizarrely Crazy Horses X 2 wwas(were?) fantastic as was drinking in the daytime ( great scream Victoria!!)

My knee locked up during the crouchy down thing during Slaughtered Authors. Everyone else springs up while I'm struggling up with many an 'Ooh' and 'Aah'.
Standing there for another two hours doing my piss poor best to keep bouncing didn't do it any more favours. Agony yesterday, still in pain.

Ha, it's fine - always been my downfall that, not approaching others and using those things called words... I only recognised you yourself in the group from other gigs, I just figured there would be a gathering of 3-4 people I knew all together and I'd integrate via one group to another!
