Well, Ginger has to get from his Total Rock radio show which I think is based in Bethnal Green, over to Camden. I can't see him being on stage dead at 7pm.

He didn't seem overly happy to have to sing Casino Bay. 555 songs got a great reception.

Yep, he didn't like playing Casino Bay, but at that point someone in the crowd said "well, why did you do it then?" - cue the chorus of many of us turning to the individual and repeating a point Ginger had already made twice that night... which was that he didn't choose any of the setlist, we did. Unfortunately that blur of noise was unlikely to have been clear from the stage, leading to Ginger thinking nobody was interested in the anecdote he was telling for the next song. He took it in his stride though.
